LTS Engineering and its partners have always invested their time and resources in the development of youth and unskilled resources during all our projects in the past 10 years. Where practically possible, we ensure that 15 – 30% of the project value is sub-contracted to emerging companies to promote economic growth and transfer of skills.

We also assist with funding for tertiary students. Each project that we get means that at least one student will have access to tertiary funding, vacation work training and graduate programme when they complete. Our graduate programme is structured to give young engineers the experience required for them to add value in the industry and also register with ECSA.
